Our unique wheel design provides four points of contact per wheel pair. Up to five pairs of wheels can be used for redundant contact, resulting in no-slip feeding without machine adjustments. This precise guiding system delivers unmatched repeatability and accuracy.

Reliable

Our patent-pending bushings enable frictionless feeding and consistent cutting, as programmed in your recipe. The machine handles PVC, C-flex, Nylon, TPE, and silicone with the same reliable results. Each blade delivers up to 250,000 accurate, particulate-free cuts.

No Tools Needed

ProCut AF handles 17 standard diameters ranging from .1875 inches (4.76 mm) to 1.5 inches (38 mm), with custom sizes available on request. Changeover takes under five minutes and requires no tools.
