This presentation will be a breakdown of manufacturing international supply chain points of vulnerability. While we target specific supply chains for our customers, this presentation will emphasize general trends and sterilized cases to enable a broader audience value. A case study that compliments this discussion is located on our website (https://ferndon.com/global-risk).
Within this time, we will show you how the “sausage” is made: how we break down a supply chain, what considerations are emphasized or prioritized, and how data points from a breadth of perspectives are integrated to produce predictive analytics and a more resilient understanding of geopolitical impacts to your business.
You will come out with not only a better understanding of what on earth (literally!) is going on that affects your supply chain, but you’ll also have some tips and tricks to do basic analytics on your own. And, if keeping track of this world of change requires more bandwidth than you can allocate, you now know us, where we are, how we work, and what we can do.
We encourage questions in advance to help target our focus.
What are your greatest concerns or frustrations? Are there any specific materials that are of increasing concern? Feel free to submit questions in the registration form, or send them directly to team@ferndon.com (in the subject line: Questions for Lehnen Industrial Services Presentation, September 17, 2026). We will try to integrate questions up until 17 September, but questions/requests sent in prior to 7 September will help shape the presentation and be prioritized.
