Building Our Team for Continued Success

Yep, we’re still growing. Over the last eight months, we’ve added three new employees to our team to make sure we continue to meet our customers’ expectations.

Ben Grover joined us in January. He came to us with three years of experience with machine maintenance and die setting at Avery Dennison. His work experience and carpentry and auto mechanics skills transferred nicely into his assembly position here, and in a short time he has established himself as a solid asset on that team. He enjoys working closely with his co-workers and being able to work on different projects throughout the day.

When he’s not at work, Ben likes to get outside to hunt and fish, work on cars, or take on carpentry projects.

Jake Angier also came on in January as a manufacturing engineer. Jake has thirteen years of experience in his field and was able to hit the ground running on day one. He cites the technology, creativity of the products, and the people as the best parts of working at Lehnen.

Jake spends his time outside of work on his homestead with his wife, their four children, two dogs, two ball pythons, one bearded dragon, and twenty-five chickens. The human residents enjoy gardening, camping, fishing, riding ATVs and dirt bikes, and tinkering on projects.

Nate Roark is the most senior member of this group, joining us back in August of last year. He came on as our compliance engineer and has been instrumental in enabling us to serve international clients.  Nate has enjoyed the teamwork here at Lehnen, and feels it leads to camaraderie and the opportunity to develop wide skillsets on the job.

Nate is a transplant from the Midwest, but he has enjoyed Keene’s small town feel and outdoor opportunities for the past fifteen years. He and his wife live with their dog, who thinks summers here are too hot despite being rescued from the Southern heat. When he’s not working or walking in the woods with his dog, he’s probably on his bicycle preparing for his next race.

Welcome, gentlemen. We’re glad you’re here.
