Lehnen Industrial Services’ ProCut AF tube cutter advances the technology for processing medical tubing in your clean room.

It is the first machine to automatically and accurately measure and cut tacky tubing without the need for alcohol, water, or compressed air. Just plug it into a standard outlet and start cutting.

The user-friendly interface lets you choose your cut length, quantity, and cutting mode, then guides you through setup with simple instructions.

Our unique wheel design creates four points of contact per pair of wheels. Up to five pairs of wheels can be used to provide redundant contact, resulting in no-slip feeding without machine adjustments. This precise guiding system allows for unmatched repeatability and accuracy.

Our patent pending bushings allow for frictionless feeding and consistent cutting according to your programmed recipe.

The machine handles all kinds of tubing, including PVC, C-flex, Nylon, TPE, and silicone with the same reliable results. Each blade delivers upwards of 250,000 accurate, particulate-free cuts.

No Tools Needed

The ProCut AF handles seventeen standard diameters ranging from .1875 inches (4.76 mm) to 1.5 inches (38 mm), with custom sizes available upon request. Changeover is a simple task that can be completed in under five minutes without tools.
