Compact machinery is our specialty. We start with welded-steel frames that won’t misalign over time, and purpose-build each component. This allows us to create machines capable of performing complex processes in small footprints without sacrificing reliability or detail.

We Know Heater and Force Control

We have developed unique control schemes for heater and force control. Our heater control allows for closed-loop control around the current or wattage of the heater rather than the temperature of the coil. This provides a significant quality improvement for radiant heaters. Our axis control provides smooth and consistent force operations with the use of a servo motor, allowing point-to-point movements and bonding actions to be performed on the same axis without intervention by an operator.

Data collection is becoming an increasingly important part of the manufacturing process. We have experience working with several different systems including Ignition by Inductive Automation, PanelView, Beijer, and Red Lion. We have also developed our own system that links a PC with a PLC to allow us to customize your data collection options to suit your needs. Most importantly, we recognize that there is no system that fits everyone. Our team will work closely with you to implement the data collection system that best suits you.
